Cayenne pepper belongs to the same family as chilli and should be used sparingly to add a little heat to a dish. Organic cayenne pepper is a common ingredient in curry and creole dishes. Add a pinch of organic cayenne pepper to salad dressings, soups or meats as it is a fantastic counter balance to sweet marinades.
